Cargo Security Escort & Customs Transit Deposit Services in Azerbaijan

Professional Cargo Escort Services and Customs Transit Deposit Financing for Tobacco & Alcohol Shipments

SIR Group Security Services LLC (SIR GSS) provides integrated cargo security escort and customs transit deposit financing services for international logistics companies, freight forwarders, transport operators and cargo owners moving shipments through Azerbaijan.

Alongside professional cargo security escort services, SIR Group GSS offers customs transit deposit financing for tobacco and alcoholic products transported in transit through the territory of Azerbaijan.

Customs Transit Deposit Financing

Customs deposit financing from our own resources. For eligible transit operations requiring a customs security deposit of USD 200,000 per truck, SIR Group GSS can arrange and finance the required deposit using its own financial resources, subject to applicable customs regulations, shipment assessment, eligibility and agreed contractual terms.

The USD 200,000 per truck figure applies only to transit operations where that amount is actually required. It is not a universal deposit amount, and financing is not automatic: the applicable customs guarantee and each shipment are assessed individually before a binding offer is made.

Tobacco & Alcohol Transit Support

SIR Group GSS supports tobacco transit and alcohol shipment transit through Azerbaijan from end to end: route planning, escort and, where required, the customs transit security deposit for the operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who provides customs transit deposits in Azerbaijan?

SIR Group Security Services LLC arranges and finances customs transit security deposits for eligible transit operations through Azerbaijan, using its own financial resources and subject to applicable customs regulations and contractual terms.

How do I arrange a tobacco or alcohol transit deposit in Azerbaijan?

Send us the route, the commodity, the number of trucks, the planned transit dates and the deposit required by customs. We assess the operation and respond with a tailored commercial proposal.

Is the customs transit deposit always USD 200,000 per truck?

No. USD 200,000 per truck applies only to transit operations where customs actually require that amount. It is not a universal deposit figure, and the applicable amount is confirmed for each shipment before any binding offer is made.

Can cargo security escort and the customs deposit be arranged together?

Yes. SIR Group GSS provides both the cargo security escort across Azerbaijan and the customs transit deposit financing, so the whole transit is coordinated through one provider.
